I know how frustrating and isolating injury can be. I’ve been there myself, and that experience drives my passion for helping others recover—mentally and physically. However, I don’t rely on personal experience alone. I’m a fully qualified practitioner psychologist with years of experience helping athletes and exercisers at every level overcome the emotional & psychological challenges of injury so that they can get back to what they love.
I believe we have more influence over our experiences than we may initially realise, and I love working with clients to facilitate meaningful change and discover new possibilities to improve their experiences, both inside and out of sport/exercise.
