Feeling frustrated after getting injured?
Struggling to stay motivated during rehab?
Feeling anxious about returning to your sport?
“Injury isn't just physical, recovery shouldn't be either.”
How I can help
I’m a sport and exercise psychologist, which means I focus on the mental and emotional aspects of recovery from injury. Whether you're feeling frustrated, anxious, or just stuck, I work with you to build the confidence and resilience needed to overcome challenges and return to the activities you love.
I’ll work with you to understand how your thoughts and emotions impact your recovery. Together, we’ll explore stress, frustration, and any fears of re-injury you might have.
I’ll help you face challenges with kindness towards yourself, so you can stay motivated and continue moving forward.
We’ll look at how things like sleep, nutrition, and pacing yourself impact your progress, and make sure you're in the best shape to heal.
Struggling to express your needs? I’ll help you develop ways to communicate clearly with your support network—whether that’s family, coaches, or healthcare providers.
Rehab can be tough. I’ll help you stay motivated and overcome any mental barriers so you can return to your sport feeling ready.
Injury can be an opportunity for personal growth. We’ll work together to reflect on what you’ve learned and make sure you’re mentally and physically prepared for the future.
